EVICTION COURT

EFFECTIVE FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2026:

1. There shall no longer be a 9:00 a.m. Friday Forcible Detainer (Eviction) Docket for first call of cases.
2. The Court shall continue to hold a Forcible Detainer (Eviction) Motion Hour on Fridays at 9:00 a.m.

Eviction Court is held in Courtroom 308 in the Hall of Justice located at 600 W. Jefferson St., Louisville, KY 40202

Dockets are held Monday through Thursday at 9am, 10am, and 11am. Friday Motion Hour is at 9am. Monday hearing dockets are at 1pm.
